1. Introduction
Welcome to Finisio Cleaning Services (“we,” “our,” “FinisioCleans”). These Terms govern your use of our website and services. By booking through our platform, you agree to these terms in full.
2. Bookings and Payments
- All cleaning bookings must be made through the FinisioCleans website.
- Payments must be made via direct bank transfer to Finisio Cleaning Services.
- Customers must upload proof of payment (receipt/screenshot) through the provided form.
- Bookings remain pending until payment is verified. Only then will a cleaner be assigned.
3. Communication Policy
- Cleaner and customer contact information (phone, email, etc.) is hidden until after payment.
- All communication must be done via the in-platform chat system.
- Post-job chat access will be restricted to prevent off-platform contact.
- Use of messaging to arrange private deals, share contact info, or discuss non-platform payment is strictly prohibited.
4. Off-Platform Booking Policy & Liability Disclaimer
To ensure safety, accountability, and service quality:
- No customer or cleaner may arrange, suggest, or accept bookings outside of FinisioCleans after connecting through our platform.
- If a violation occurs, both accounts will be suspended pending investigation.
- If the cleaner is found to be at fault, they will be permanently removed.
- If the customer is found responsible, they may be permanently banned, unless successfully appealed.
❗ FinisioCleans Liability Waiver for Off-Platform Deals
If any customer and cleaner choose to work together outside of the FinisioCleans platform, Finisio Cleaning Services:
- Will not provide any support, coverage, or customer service for incidents or disputes.
- Is not liable for injury, theft, misconduct, property damage, or service issues.
- Will not offer refunds, mediation, or insurance for such cases.
- Will consider both parties to have violated platform policies, which may result in permanent suspension or banning.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the service.
- Refunds are only issued before cleaner assignment and payment confirmation.
- After a job is confirmed, no refund will be issued unless due to cleaner no-show or verified service failure.
6. Loyalty Program
After 3 or more verified bookings, customers may be eligible for:
- Discounts on future bookings
- Free service add-ons (e.g., extra time, product upgrades)
- Surprise loyalty rewards
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. By continuing to use FinisioCleans after updates, you accept the new Terms.
